Meet the Connect team

These are the talented individuals who work together to make the Connect Academy Trust a success.

Connect Staff at Aquarium

Connect works by drawing on the skills and experience of people from a variety of backgrounds. Our Trust structure shares responsibility across various levels of governance, with a chain of accountability to ensure that the system works as a whole.

The Connect Academy Trust comprises Members at the top tier, moving through to our CEO and Directors, then to our Committees, and finally our Headteacher Leadership Team. This network of roles delivers the specialist expertise that is critical to the effective management of the school group.

From operations and education leadership to human resources and financial planning, every part is vital and every person valued. This creates a sound foundation for the successful running of our schools, delivering the leadership, support and supervision needed to enable our schools to flourish.
