The Eco Team have enjoyed making their own bird feeders which will be hung up around the school grounds.
Leigham Primary School
Congratulations to the Year 5/6 boys football team who came away as champions of the Plymouth Argyle EFL Cup, conceding only one goal during the tournament! The team will now have the opportunity to represent Plymouth in a regional tournament.
Manadon Vale Primary School
Year 1 have been investigating different materials that they can see around the school site. The children recorded their findings using tally charts.
Preston Primary School
Reverend Nathan Kiyaga recently joined the School Values assembly to tell the story of the rich and poor divide in El Salvador, South America. The House Captains did a wonderful job participating in the assembly and acting out the story.
Thornbury Primary School
Years 1/2 are working on structures for their Design & Technology topic. The children have been looking at the tallest buildings and longest bridges, before creating their own freestanding structures out of newspaper and tape.
Widey Court Primary School
Well done to the teams who recently represented the school at a netball development event at Plymouth Life Centre. The teams won most of their games and demonstrated amazing sportsmanship.
